T25 Update

T25 has been great. I can tell I am getting stronger and I am starting to see a little muscle definition. I have lost a total of 6 inches and 6 lbs in 3 weeks. I have continued to run at least 3 days a week, around 21 miles. So I think that has also helped me to continue to lose weight.  I think T25 is great for busy mothers. I had a hard time with Insanity because it took around 50-60 minutes, sometimes more when I had to do abs. T25 is 25 minutes plus a 3 minute cool down.
